Touree is an app designed for users concerned for their safety while they travel, to help them find fun excursions with tour guides who have been verified via background check. It was created over the course of 5 weeks through the UX/UI Bootcamp at the University of California, Irvine DCE. This case study will take you on an adventure with us through the design thinking process, sharing several of the tools and techniques we learned along the way, and even some of the missteps we learned from.
more...The Pokémon Match Adventure began life at LearningFuze as a memory match web application. The original intent of the project was to practice our newly acquired skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
However, I am an enthusiastic learner, and once finished with my MVP, I approached my instructor to ask for their thoughts, and for any new challenges I could undertake to improve upon my existing project. While I did code this project myself, this case study will focus primarily on my design decisions and the reasoning behind them.
